Master Planning

The beginning of any project is crucial. We start by understanding the client's aspirations and set this in context. We will model the urban structure, the routes and important spaces, landscape and ecology. We bring together those with an interest in the project, developing a shared vision. We use models to establish massing and the texture of the developing concept. Master planning is an inclusive process requiring communication skills, vision and wisdom. It will establish a framework into which individual buildings can be fitted, adding richness to a structured environment.
