We have recently been commissioned to prepare outline planning schemes for a number of complex development sites. Planning potential for such sites can be agreed by bringing stakeholders together in their understanding, with the help of high quality modelling. We present our proposed schemes using navigable 3D CAD models which allow the scheme to be viewed from any angle and against its context, so that the proposed development can be experienced as if it had already been built.
